Our long car ride - Pennsylvania to Naples, Naples to Pennsylvania

Today we arrived home after 2 days of being in the car. 12 hours each day. It was long but our little guy was quite a trouper. He slept, played with his monkey or just stayed there in his chair. The only time he cried was because he really needed his diaper to be change so really! I think he did this drive even better then us.

Mr Potato head - Mr. Patate

Our little boy has a new friend! Mr. Potato head. He just love him. He is actually pretty good at it except on that one he omit the nose. Oh well!!

Notre petit bonhomme a un nouveau ami! Mr. Patate. Il l'adore. Il est meme plutot bon sauf que cette fois si il a oublie de lui mettre son nez. Ma foi!

It is so nice to read other blogs from families currently in Russia (mainly Vladivostok) to pick up their little ones. I wish them all to enjoy their time together as a family far away from home.

Early Intervention

Today we had the Early Intervention from our county who came to the house and we were able to qualify for Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Our little boy who is today 20 months will be starting his new classes in 2 weeks. The therapist and the teacher will come once a week to our house.
On the over end, I have to go back to work this coming Saturday. At least I work from home so I will work around Dmitriy schedule.

Today I read a lot of other families blog who are or getting ready to flight to Vladivostok for trip #2 and some who are already there! All my best thoughts are with them! So many good memories while reading their story :-)

Dmitriy a ete accepter pour avoir des cours gratuit par l'etat. Cours de Speech et cours d'Occupation pour mieux savoir jouer avec ses jouets. Nous commencons dans 2 semaines. Aujourd'hui, notre petit bonhomme a deja 20 mois.
Ce Samedi malheureusement, je dois reprendre le boulot a plein temps :( Heureusement je travaille de la maison.

Let is snow! Let it snow....

Great time today!!! Papa made a slide with the snow and we used the recycle bin cover to make a slide. It was so much fun!! We have so far close to 20 inches of snow and Dmitriy had a fantastic time. Right now he is sleeping so hard after walking and playing in that snow. He needs to rest so we can start again this afternoon.

Today we introduce for the first time to our little guy "Hand Painting". He was not quite sure if he was suppose to be messy or just eat it.

Grandma

Today we spent the day at Grandma in NJ. They had a lot of snow!
Grandma had cooked fabulous French toast! Yummy!!!
He also met for the first time his Uncle Bobby and his girlfriend. He had so much fun, he had to show everybody all his new tricks and more.
After he went to visit Grandma neighbor who is from Russia and spoke to him in Russian. This time, his eyes did not light up. Did he already forget his native tongue? He also made sure to give me numerous kisses.. maybe he was afraid he was going to say with the Russian lady? Anyway what ever was the reason, I enjoyed everyone of his kisses.
